Boys Basketball vs Libby

For the second time of the year the Lions went head to head with Libby. The first matchup resulted in a Libby victory. This time was a much closer game and ended up going into overtime after a 51-51 tie at regulation.

Gavin Bates led the team with 29 points, and Joey Kindle had 8. Caleb Utter also had valuable time scoring 8 for the Lions, most of them in the 4th quarter. Danny Dunn also had 8 points and several rebounds. The game was a nail biter and went into overtime. The Loggers found their way to the free throw line several times in overtime, and ended up winning 59-53. The Lions head to the District tournament this Thursday.
